Parish Councils have a special role at the heart of our rural communities as leaders, influencers and drivers of public opinion. They can therefore help us to get messages about broadband upgrades in their area out to every household.
Warwickshire County Council is leading the project to improve broadband across the sub-region and we need your help to keep people informed.
Working alongside our Community Broadband Champions, Parish Councils can help keep local residents informed with the progress of the project as well as updating residents about when fibre broadband is likely to come to the area.
What can you do?
- Putting posters up on local notice boards
- Delivering flyers to households
- Working alongside local parish councils
- Posting updates to village websites / local social networking pages
- Providing updates to local newsletters/magazines
- Advising the CSW team of any particular issues in your area
All materials will be provided.
Email us at broadband@cswbroadband.org.uk to get involved – your assistance will make a real difference to your community!
