My property has a Yellow Star on it, what does that mean?

These properties are proposed for upgrade in Contract 3. The actual rollout will start towards the end of 2018 and will be completed in the summer of 2020.

Until full investigations have been carried out, we cannot give further information about Contract 3 upgrades, however we will try to announce work as any information becomes available.
